- NOT presenting the ecosystem as an investment scheme.
- NOT using false or manipulated information.

4. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML)
It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for money laundering, operate on behalf of sanctioned third parties, or engage in transactions linked to illegal activities. FastPay Express may suspend accounts under reasonable suspicion.
5. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
Participants must act for the benefit of the ecosystem, avoid practices that damage the project's reputation, and refrain from using privileged information for speculative purposes.
6. DATA PROTECTION
User information will be used exclusively for operational purposes, will not be sold to third parties, and will be protected under digital security standards.
7. RESPONSIBLE USE OF XBLC TOKEN
The XBLC token is a volatile digital asset. It does not guarantee appreciation, constitute a security, or grant shareholder rights. Participants acknowledge crypto market risks and that reflection and cashback are variable, non-guaranteed incentives.
8. LOYALTY PROGRAM AND CASHBACK
Benefits granted are not financial contracts nor legal obligations for fixed payment. They are variable incentives subject to the sustainability of the ecosystem.
9. SANCTIONS FOR NON-COMPLIANCE
Violation of this Code may result in temporary suspension, permanent account cancellation, platform access blocking, or termination of the business relationship.
10. FINAL COMMITMENT
By registering, the user declares to have read and understood this Code of Ethics and agrees to act in accordance with the ecosystem's values.
